The plan for the new Valley Brook Neighborhood includes 36 two- and three- bedroom, two-story townhome units; four 2-bedroom carriage houses; and two ranch- style 2-bedroom ADA-accessible (American's with Disabilities Act law)  units.

Units range from 1,147 finished square feet to 1,384 finished square feet and will also include an attached 2-car tandem garage approximately 12’ x 40’.
