The Breckenridge Community

Valley Brook Neighborhood is situated at 9,603 feet above sea level, in beautiful Breckenridge, CO. Although there can be as many as 36,000 visitors on a busy day, there is a year-round population of approximately 3,400 residents. As a resident, you get to enjoy the small town feel with the amenities of a much larger town.

The Town of Breckenridge, which is situated on approximately 5.5 square miles of land, just celebrated its 150th anniversary. The town has a colorful heritage, rich with mining and the discovery of gold, construction of a now-defunct railroad, and notorious characters.
